1. See Your Assigned Loads
- Open the app and log in.
- Your active loads show up on the home screen.
- Tap a load to see pickup, delivery, and stop info.
- Confirm the details are correct
- If truck or trailer are not correct, click the Truck icon on the left to make the change
2. Update Your Status (Real-Time for Dispatch)
Keep your dispatcher in the loop as you move through the trip:
- Arrived at Shipper – Tap when you get to pickup.
- Loaded and Departing – Tap when you're ready to leave.
- Arrived at Receiver – Tap when you reach delivery.
- Delivered – Tap once the load is fully offloaded.
3. Upload Your Documents
Click the photo icon to upload your BOL, POD, receipts, or other docs:
- Tap the load.
- Tap the green camera icon (bottom left of the load screen).
- Select the type of document you’re uploading (e.g. POD, BOL, receipts).
- Take a photo or upload from your phone.
Submit.
- If adding details like Drop/Hook, use the top 3 dots on top right
Note* The time between clicking UNLOADED and ARRIVED will allow the system to calculate the detention at receiver end.
