Step 1: Access the Shipper Lookup Tool
To begin, navigate to the Shipper Lookup button within your Truckpedia account. Marketing → Lead Finder → Shipper Lookup Request
Step 2: Enter Search Criteria
Click on the Shipper Lookup button, and you’ll be prompted to enter information about the shipper. You can search by:
- Company Name
- Person's Name
- Address
If you don’t have complete information, you can enter as many details as you have to help us locate the shipper.
Upload Documents (Optional)
If you have documents related to the shipper (such as a Rate Con or BOL), you can upload them to assist in the search. Click on the Upload button to attach the file(s) before submitting the request.
Bulk Upload (Optional)
You also have the option to bulk upload CSV files for a larger batch of requests
Step 3: Submit the Request
Once you’ve filled in the details and uploaded any relevant documents, click Submit Request to send the shipper lookup to our team. We’ll handle the search and get back to you.
Step 4: Receive the Results
After the request is submitted, the results will be sent to the admin email associated with the account. If the shipper is located successfully, the information will appear under the respective account.
