      Setting Up RTS Factoring Integration in Truckpedia TMS

      RTS Factoring can be integrated into Truckpedia TMS to streamline invoice management and payments. To enable the integration, users must first obtain their RTS FTP credentials before proceeding with the setup.

      Step 1: Request RTS Login Credentials

      Before setting up the integration, users must contact RTS Financial and request their FTP login credentials. These include:

      • FTP Client ID
      • Username
      • Password

      These credentials are required for the integration to function properly.

      Step 2: Selecting RTS as the Factoring Company

      1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in Truckpedia TMS.
      2. Locate the Factoring Integration section.
      3. Select RTS from the list of factoring companies.

      Option 2: Input Credentials in TMS

      1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Factoring Integration.
      2. Enter the following details:
        • FTP Client ID
        • Username
        • Password
      3. Save the changes.
      4. Let our team know and we  will verify and copy the values into the appropriate system table to ensure integration works correctly.
