Here’s how it works:

Accessing the New List View

When you open the Dispatch module, you’ll still see the familiar layout controls at the top:
List | Pipeline 

But now, when you click View, you’ll see a brand new option:
→ New List View

Load & Trip Status Colors

The New List View uses a color-coded status system, making it easy to scan your loads at a glance and instantly see what stage each one is in 

Date Picker & Status Counters

At the very top of your view, you can track your workload in real time:

• Date Picker: Toggle between Pickup or Delivery dates to instantly filter your grid.
• Status Counters: View live, color-coded badges that show you exactly how many loads are in each stage (Draft, Open, In Transit, Delivered, Paid) without running reports.

Customize Your Columns

Once your new list is created, head to the top right corner and click the Columns button.

From here, you can:

• Show or hide columns by clicking on the eye symbol on the right of each column name
  
  
• Reorder columns via drag-and-drop using the small button on the left of each column name
  
  
• Use the Search bar at the top to quickly find a specific column
  
  
• Click Hide all or Show all to toggle all columns at once

Add Filters

Click + Filter (top left) to narrow down your list by fields like:

• Pickup Date

• Load #
• Status
• Reference
• Customer
• Labels
• BOL Number
• PO Number
• Drivers
• Trucks
• Trailers
• Trip Status
• Trip Number
• Need Driver
• Shipper Name
• Receiver Name
• Shipper State
• Receiver State
• Sched. Pickup Date
  
  

Click + Filter (top left) to narrow down your list by fields 

Filters are dynamic — for example, setting "Status = Assigned" will instantly update the list to show only assigned loads.

To remove a filter,  open the filter panel and click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Delete Filter.

or, click the X button next to the active filter tag in the bar

Create Multiple Views

You’re not limited to just one list.

Each team member can create multiple custom lists, each with their own filters, layout, and name.

Just:

1. Click the pencil icon next to the list name to rename it
   
   
   
   
2. Click New List View again to create another one with different filters
   
   

Each view works independently — filters and layouts don’t overlap.
