Here’s how it works:
Accessing the New List View
When you open the Dispatch module, you’ll still see the familiar layout controls at the top:
List | Pipeline | Spreadsheet
But now, when you click Add, you’ll see a brand new option:
→ Add List
Customize Your Columns
Once your new list is created, head to the top right corner and click the Columns button.
From here, you can:
- Show or hide columns by clicking on the eye symbol on the right of each column name
- Reorder columns via drag-and-drop using the small button on the left of each column name
Add Filters
Click + Filter (top left) to narrow down your list by fields like:
- Pickup Date
- Customer
- Load #
- Status
- Reference #
- Shipper
- Receiver
- Pickup date
- Del. date
- BOL number
- PO number
- Labels
- Drivers
- Trucks
- Trailers
- Assignment Status
Filters are dynamic — for example, setting “Pickup Date = Today” will update the list automatically each day.
To remove a filter, click on it, then use the three-dot menu to delete.
Create Multiple Views
You’re not limited to just one list.
Each team member can create multiple custom lists, each with their own filters, layout, and name.
Just:
- Double-click the list name at the top to rename it
- Click Add List again to create another one with different filters
Each view works independently — filters and layouts don’t overlap.
Auto-Updating Filters
Filters like “Today”, “Next 7 Days”, or “This Month” are dynamic — they update automatically as time passes. No need to reset or reapply them each day.
