This guide explains how to use the inbox within the Truckpedia marketing module, where you can manage email responses, reply to leads, and create CRM deals directly from your inbox.

1. Access the Inbox
To access the inbox where all campaign emails are consolidated:
- Navigate to: Left-hand menu > Marketing > Inbox.
All emails from campaigns will be displayed in this single inbox.
2. Filter Emails by Account
If you have multiple email accounts, you can filter emails by account:
- Click on: The drop-down menu that says All email accounts.
- Select: The individual email account to view only responses from that account.
3. Respond to Emails and Create Deals
When you select an email to respond to:
- Click: Reply to respond directly within the inbox.
- CC Users: If you would like to add a team member or keep track of the thread in your own device, add the emails separated by a comma here:
- Click: Create Deal to save the conversation as a deal in the CRM.
- Enter a deal name for easier tracking.
- Assign the deal to a stage within your CRM pipeline.
- Add any additional details if needed.
- Once you create a deal, it will appear in your CRM.
Tracking and Maintaining Threads
After replying or creating a deal, the entire email thread will remain visible in your inbox, making it easy to track conversations and follow up as needed.
