Step-by-Step Guide
1. Login and Access Your Loads
- Once assigned a login by your dispatcher or admin, open the app to view your current loads.
- When a load is assigned, you'll receive a notification. Tap the notification to open the load details.
2. Start the Load
- To begin tracking the load, tap the Start Load button. This functions like an ELD, beginning to track your movement for accurate load timing.
3. View Load Information
- Tap on the load details to view full information such as the pickup and delivery locations, and any relevant details.
- To take photos (e.g., pickup photos), tap the Photo button, select Pickup Photo, and snap the image.
4. Upload Documents (e.g., BOL)
- When it's time to upload documents like the BOL, tap BOL. The app will automatically scan the document once it’s in view.
- If there are multiple pages, you can upload them by tapping Add Photo.
- After taking a photo, click Upload to send it to your dispatcher for processing.
5. End the Load
- Once the load is complete, tap End Load. If you need to upload additional documents (e.g., POD), do so before ending the load.
- After uploading all required documents, confirm and tap End Load to close out the job.
6. Review Completed Loads
- After finishing the load, go to the Completed Loads section to review any previously uploaded documents or photos. If needed, you can upload additional files or replace incorrect documents.
