Truckpedia Drivers App allows drivers to create loads directly from their mobile devices. Follow the step-by-step guide below to create a new load efficiently.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Load
Step 1: Log into the Truckpedia Drivers App
- Open the Truckpedia Drivers App on your mobile device.
- Enter your login credentials and sign in.
Step 2: Tap the Blue "+" Icon
- On the home screen, locate the blue "+" icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap on it to begin creating a new load.
Step 3: Upload or Manually Enter Load Information
- You will be given two options:
- Scan or Upload Documents: Take a picture of the paperwork or upload an existing document.
- Enter Information Manually: Manually input load details and select a customer.
Step 4: Review and Edit Load Details
- Verify the Receiver and Shipper Information.
- Add multiple shippers and receivers in case of multiple pickups and deliveries.
- Make any necessary changes or manually enter missing details.
- Check or add the Start and End Dates for the load.
- Once all details are correct, tap Submit.
Step 5: Load Creation Confirmation
- The system will create the load in both the app and Truckpedia TMS.
- The driver who created the load will automatically be assigned to it.
- The load will now appear in your active loads list for further updates and tracking.
Step 5: Edit load once created.
- When the load has been created, the Driver can still edit any information they want to by clicking on edit on the top right of the load, next to the load number.
