How to Add Driver Folders & Files in Truckpedia TMS

Easily organize and store driver-related documents by adding folders and files in Truckpedia. Follow these steps:

 

Adding Folders for Drivers

  1. Go to the Assets Module

    • Navigate to Truckpedia’s Dashboard and click on Drivers.

  1. Access the Driver’s File Section

    • Click “Add Driver” or “Edit” an existing driver.

  • A screen with three tabs will appear: Overview, Files, and Accounting.
  • Select the Files tab.

  1. Create a New Folder
    • Click “+ Add New Folder” on the right side.
    • A pop-up window will appear—enter the folder name.
    • Click Add to create the folder.

Note: The folder will be available under every driver’s Files tab—you don’t need to create it separately for each driver.

Uploading Files to a Folder

  1. Click the arrow next to the folder to expand it.

  1. Click “No File Chosen” and select the document you want to upload.
  2. Click Upload to save the file.

  • Keep your records up to date by uploading important documents like Driver’s Licenses and Gov IDs in the respective folders.
  • Always save changes to ensure data accuracy.
