In this guide, you will learn how to add unique instructions for each stop in a route so drivers see clear directions for every location.

You can now add distinct instructions directly to every location card on a route.
Adding Notes to a Stop
- Go to the Trip Assignment screen

Inside these screens, you can add new stops or pull in existing loads to build your route.

Find the stop card (Shipper, Receiver, Yard, or Saved Address).

Click the Stop Note field to type your instructions.
Where Drivers See the Notes
- Mobile App: Drivers see these specific notes at each stop on their app.

Why can't my driver see Yard Notes on their phone?
Shipper and Receiver notes work normally, but the mobile app needs a quick update to display custom Yard Notes.
