🚀 Manual Miles Now Supported in Driver Pay
Driver pay doesn’t always come from ELD miles. Many teams rely on broker-provided or manually entered miles — and until now, those couldn’t be used directly in Driver Pay. That’s now fixed!!
What’s New
You can now use Load Miles when setting up Driver Pay.
This allows you to calculate pay based on the total miles entered on the load, instead of relying only on:
- ELD Miles
- Loaded Miles
- Empty Miles
How It Works
When creating or editing a Driver Pay item, you’ll now see a new option:
👉 Load Mile
Selecting this option will:
- Use the total miles already entered on the load
- Work with miles from:
- manual entry
- PC Miler
- Google Maps
No additional setup is required.
Where This Applies & Why It Matters
Available across all dispatch flows (Load UI, Trip Assignment, Calendar, Consolidation), this update lets you use broker or manually entered miles for Driver Pay—so you can match real-world pay setups, reduce manual adjustments, and keep everything aligned with your load data.
🚀 Start Using It
This feature is now live.
If your team uses manual or broker miles for driver pay, simply select Load Mile in your Driver Pay setup and you’re good to go.
